It was just a nice choice for a weekend rest in New York with great value for money. The location is excellent.

Great place to stay, clean, everything was good. The room was heated and compact with a king size bed included. It was based in very beautiful building in a great location, near restaurants on Broadway...

We liked staying in this clean hotel.

Loved the coffee maker in the room and how close the hotel is to the subway line – perfect for getting around easily. Plus, the diner across the street had some tasty sandwiches, a great bonus! Appreciated the cozy lobby with the fireplace and the option to relax in the courtyard. Only griped was the slightly dated decor in some areas, but it didn't bother me much. 🌆

location is good, in the corner is the subway 1, 2 or 3, in 10' you arrive to Times Square. There are restaurants or bars nearby, pharmacies or deli. Good option. Central Park is 4 blocks away. staff is very friendly and attentive. room is clean, I stopped at the non modern part of the hotel, if you want to stop at the modern one you should find out in advance if the price offered is for that part or for which one. Good option the coffee machine you have in the room. Recommended, quiet.

hotel has a modern part and other part is not. They should clarify in the price if what one is paying is for one part or the other, in order to be able to choose whether to stop there or to know what one is paying for what it corresponds to (they don't put the modern part in the picture of the room).

The staff members were all willing to help. the hotel is in a marvelous and convenient location, away from major attractions. -It is near Central Park West, Whole Foods, shops, an accessible subway station, as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants.

This place has an amazing location near fantastic restaurants, convenient transportation, and the 96th St subway station; we enjoyed relaxing by the lake just a 5-minute walk away.

The location was perfect for walking around Upper West Side. I loved the breakfast with lots of GOOD food.

staying at the night was a pleasant experience. the location was perfect, just steps away from the subway station and central park. the affordable prices allowed for an extended stay. the housekeeper was attentive and provided everything we needed promptly, making our visit comfortable and enjoyable.

Located very conveniently in the vicinity of Central Park New York. Next to the subway station on red line 1... Every day the room is cleaned. Clean and soft bed. Available shampoo, air conditioning, body lotion, soap and shower cap. A working hair dryer. Paper napkins. Coffee maker with tea and coffee on the table. Paper cups. The room has a spare heater, as well as an iron and a board. Yes, the room stock is outdated, but it's good for living. The TV wasn't watched much... The hotel itself is clean, carpeted everywhere... It's not the hotel's fault for the noise off the street. It's a city hotel, not a country ranch... And one more thing, a lot of people are complaining that the hotel supposedly takes money off the card twice. And on check-in and then. It's not a hotel, it's a transaction system where the money's in a holding. They then go back to the card. It's like this all over the world when you're bouncing. And the only way a hotel can be scolded and de-rated for that is through financial illiteracy... We are happy with our stay in this hotel!

Of course, the fridge could use a fridge.

Spacious hotel with ideal location near most shops, the Central Park, Broadway. Everything was fine, however a few employees were very rude. Loved that there was The Halal Guys with short-orders walking distance from the venue, super convenient.

The hotel and room were both super clean, and the cheap parking nearby was mind-blowing. The subway station right on the corner was très convenient! The 6th floor room the first time was comfortable, silent, and private. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the nearby Walgreens and pizza place were jaw-droppingly convenient. Can't wait to stay there again!

Quiet location and friendly staff.

Aging furniture and decoration. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Dust on the curtains, rubbish under the bed...

However, the location was the saving grace. Despite the issues, the front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was small but available, and the neighborhood offered easy access to landmarks like Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, perfect for family bonding.
